Our products are directly imported from USA or Europe only, nothing from unreliable source.




Can I order by phone or email?

Apart from online order, we do take phone or email orders. You can place orders from your mobile device or on our website.


How do I use coupon code?

On the cart page, you will be given the option to use coupon code for extra discount. You can use only one valid coupon code for each order.


Can I search for a specific item I want?

Click on the magnifying glass icon at the top of the homepage to directly search for items.


What size should I order?

As we offer products from many different brands, sizing varies. For an accurate sizing reference, check on the size chart in “Product Details” for the item you want. If the vendor does not supply a chart, please refer to our general size chart on the bottom of the page.


    What should I do if the products are out of stock?

    For some hot sale items, it might go out of stock after you made the payment. Our customer service team will email you for replacement or refund.




    How much do you charge for shipping?

    Shipping charge varies from country to country. We offer free standard shipping once your order reaches certain amount.


    Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

    Our shipping partners are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. So please provide a street address for your order. If an order is placed with PO boxes or APO/FPO address, there will be delay for the order to be shipped.


    Do you ship internationally?

    We support international shipping and we can ship to most countries & regions in the world.


    How do I track my shipment?

    If order has been shipped out, click the tracking number to get tracking information.

    Tracking Number: You can get the tracking number in your order details. Also an email with tracking will be sent to you, once package is shipped out. You can also email to track your orders.




    I placed an order, can I change the payment method?

    Once the order is placed, you cannot change the payment method, so please carefully select your payment method when placing an order.
